Principal Designer

Margya Brand is a dedicated interior designer specializing in residential and multi-family remodels, furnishing, and design. With a dual background in interior and graphic design, she brings a refined eye for detail, a passion for creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how people live and interact within their spaces.

Margya earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the CIDA-accredited Design Institute of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Universidad Anáhuac Norte in Mexico City. Her multicultural and multidisciplinary training uniquely positions her to create thoughtful, elevated interiors with both function and beauty.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Margya is known for her adaptability, collaborative spirit, and ability to thrive in both fast-paced and detail-driven environments. She is highly skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, as well as hand drafting, and continues to refine her design voice through each project.

A proud member of ASID and NKBA, Margya is always seeking new ways to grow professionally and personally. She completed a full-distance Ironman in 2022, a testament to her endurance, discipline, and drive.
